Israeli cybersecurity startup Guardz has secured $56 million in its Series B funding round, led by U.S.-based investment firm ClearSky. The round also saw new investor Phoenix Financial join existing backers, including Glilot Capital Partners, SentinelOne, and Hanaco Ventures.
With this funding, Guardz has now raised a total of $84 million since its founding in 2022.
Guardz specializes in cybersecurity solutions tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and provides an AI-powered platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The company’s platform helps MSPs deliver better protection and security management to their SMB clients.
Founded by Dor Eisner, formerly of IntSights, and Alon Lavi, a former Argus Cyber Security employee, Guardz plans to use the new capital to enhance its platform’s capabilities and expand its presence in the cybersecurity market.
